The following is required for each application...
1.  Application: Submit an application with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
 
 
2.  Essential Requirements: Read the Essential Requirements for Hartford Hospital listed on the link below. Return completed signature page with application.
 
3.  Transcripts: Submit all official high school and college transcripts. Foreign transcripts need to be evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a foreign transcript evaluation agency.
 
4.  Placement Test: Applicants meeting the minimum prerequisite requirements will be scheduled to take a placement test that must be passed with a grade of 75% or higher.
 
5.  Clinical Observation: Applicants who have successfully passed the placement test will be scheduled for a half-day observation in the Hartford Hospital Imaging Department.
 
6.  Interview: The Admissions Committee and applicant will meet for a personal interview once the clinical observation is complete.
 
7.  Physical Assessment: Occupational Health & Safety of Hartford Hospital determines final acceptance. The student must pass pre-enrollment screening including substance abuse screening.
