Check each program's web pages for specific information regarding that program's application process.
There is a general School of Allied Health Application Form that students need to fill out. Each program may also have separate application forms.
Housing Information & Forms
Students attending one of the Allied Health programs can rent a room at the Education and Resource Center (ERC), 560 Hudson Street, Hartford, CT 06106. Students must fill out a Dormitory Reservation Form in order to reserve a room.
Room rental is $15.00 dollars per day ($350/month or $4,200/year).
Student guest fee is $20.00 per day.

The experience of residency hall living can be a valuable experience. Making the best of this time requires individual and group commitments to basic rules. The occupancy of floors in the ERC Dormitory is determined by gender. Therefore, it is particularly important that occupants demonstrate full consideration to the rights of others for privacy, quiet, and protection of personal health, safety, and property. Occupants are expected to comply with the following rules and regulations. Failure to do so can result in eviction from the dormitory.
For a complete list of rules, read the Housing Agreement which is included with the Dormitory Reservation Form. A signed copy of the Housing Agreement must be included with the reservation form.
